6G participated in an inspiring online poetry session this afternoon with performance poet Donavan Christopher (aka Rappaman) It was the perfect way to continue our celebration of poetry and introduce Black History Month.

To celebrate National Poetry Day Year 3/4 explored the rhyming couplets in the text 'The Way Home For Wolf'. The children had a lot of fun exploring tone, volume and adding actions to the words.
