Bowland Farm came to visit Reception, by Miss Allison

On Wednesday the 11th Bowland Farm came to visit us. The children really enjoyed the experience and were able to pet and feed some of the animals.

In Reception we had the opportunity to meet lots of reptiles including; snakes, bearded dragons, lizards and millipedes. The reptile guide came in to teach us about reptiles and their habitats. We were all really brave. Have a look at our pictures. 

Our trip to the post office , by Miss Allison

In Reception we wrote thank you letters to Father Christmas. We decided that we wanted to post the letters ourselves so off we went to the post office. The post office was great! We waited in line and then asked the post office staff if we could post our letters. We told him where the letter was going and who to. We then weighed the letter and paid for a stamp before posting our letters.
