Date: 8th Mar 2018 @ 10:59pm

Our special delivery of eggs arrived in the EYFS. They were kept in a cosy warm

incubator as mother hen was on the farm.

After waiting patiently, we saw the eggs begin to crack as the chicks were hatching.

At first the chicks were wet but soon dried to a fluffy yellow, then they began to grow

feathers.  Each day they ate chick crumb and drank water too.
